AriZona Tea, was good at one time but corporate greed has taken over

WHERE'S THE BLUEBERRIES?!!

John Ferolito and Don Vultaggio, two owners of Ferolito, Vultaggio and Sons used to run a nice company offering good teas and beverages.

No more...

Their new tea product is misleading. They call it "
Blueberry GreenTea with Natural Flavors."  But while it contains GreenTea and it contains Natural Flavors, the label does not list any Blueberry!!

When
called on it (1-800-TEA-3775) the Company sounds like a Philadelphia Lawyer, not a good old-fashioned company you can trust and would like to buy from.

They
explain that technically speaking apparently "Natural Flavors" contain microscopic amounts of something from the blueberry plant, but not enough to legally separately list "blueberry" as an ingredient on the label and it has so little of this blueberry present that legally they state that there is no blueberry juice inside at all.

Is this any way to treat the public?  Has AriZona finally sold out to their Madison Ave Marketers, and Slicker than Slick Lawyers?  Yeah, technically the label is just a name. Technically I suppose that they could name it Pumpkin GreenTea or even Rhubarb GreenTea and they wouldn't be breaking any laws that slick lawyers couldn't defend them from.

But THAT'S NOT THE POINT.  Leave the Madison Ave jive elsewhere.  I won't be buying anything new from AriZona again for a while, if ever...   Yeah, they tricked me once, but I will remember their trick and their explanation that technically speaking they don't have to label it any differently.  Is that any different from "HA! Gotcha!!  Ha Ha Ha, we win, we got your money, sucker!"

AriZona
Net No-Carb
Green Teas

With low-carb diets quickly becoming an American lifestyle, we decided to come up with a product that would fit in with the changing dietary habits of our consumer's. AriZona No Carb Green Tea is now available in 3 flavors; White Cranberry-Apple Green Tea, Blueberry Green Tea, and a Decaf Green Tea.
All three use natural flavors and contain only 5 calories per 8-ounce serving. As part of the introduction,

Look at the label of the one in the middle (yeah it's kinda hard to read on the web page).  It's a NoCarb beverage called
"Blueberry GreenTea with Natural Flavors."

But go to the fine print...  This contains no Blueberry Juice.  Okay, fair enough.  I don't know what else a blueberry has besides juice, but hey, AriZona has always been creative, maybe they use the blueberry pulp or whatever....

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
On every bottle of AriZona there is an ingredient panel on the back. Nutritional facts on the product and ingredients can be found there. Check it out!

Okay so, now go to the tiny print, the INGREDIENTS listing:
Premium brewed Green tea using filtered water,
sorbitol,
natural flavors,
citric acid,
black carrot extract,
sucralose,
acesulfame potassium
